Robotic Welding

Using both a robotic welder and work cells, we are able to fabricate assemblies for our customers as well. Robotic welding can be used to simply add strength to a part, or to put together a whole assembly. We can also customize our work cells to meet a variety of needs for assemblies, using welding, fasteners or a combination to fabricate your finished part.

Robotic Welding

Our Fanuc Arc Mate has two 36″ x 42″ tables that allows it to weld together larger assemblies, or several smaller assemblies at once. Fixtures can be constructed to weld a variety of different parts, and our weld technicians will work to optimize the program for the best quality and efficiency. Throughout the production run, we can gauge the parts on our check fixtures, to ensure they will work correctly in the end application.

Assembly and Fabrication

On top of robotic welding, we are skilled at fabricating assemblies in other ways as well. Throughout our history, we have developed specialized cells in order to construct customer assemblies using a combination of fixtures and work instructions. Our fixtures have recently added sensors to ensure that each part is put together correctly and with the right amount of torque. After the completion of an assembly, we can test its functionality with one of our gages to ensure the part will work in your end application.
