Production Stamping

With the staff equipment and capabilities to stamp a wide array of stampings we can efficiently process simple and complex stampings. The incorporation of Abbott Tool & die provides us with substantial Tool Room support under the same umbrella.

Progressive Die Stamping

We have the capacity & capability to stamp small and large part with presses ranging from 75T to 600T including 400T & 300T. We utilize top of the line die protections sensors to ensure the tool is protected from potential damage and it is ready for efficient production

Value Added

By maximizing material utilization, we reduce wastes in all of our processes. We process all types of metals and have in-house capabilities to perform value added services such as:

Projection, resistance and robotic welding
In die tapping or assembly
Inspection
Tool room services(Sharpening, Polishing, Etc.)
