With different kinds of work always coming through the door, you get to be part of solving the challenges of modern manufacturing. If you are interested in learning about something, we will take the time to teach you it. There will never be a dull moment once you walk through that door.

Training

If you are a hard worker and open to learning new things, we have no problem training you on the job. Here at NCS, we make training a priority rather than just an afterthought.  Through a combination of in depth training guides(developed in house), hands on training, and an effective feedback system, we are able to train operators from the ground up. You might not have ever even seen a stamping press before you start, but in no time you’ll be running one yourself!

More than just coworkers

At NCS, we are more than just people who work together. We’ll all go out to the bar together after work, we’ll offer to help you move without you even asking for help, we’ll even help you get your car going if you run into engine problems. A lot of companies brag about their company culture, but how many of them would want to spend time with their coworkers outside of work?

At NCS, it really is like a big family; we’ll joke around with each other, work hard together, and at the end of the day we’ll do anything for each other.
